This becomes really advantageous if you have branches across the country/ world with several users and you want immediate access to your data seconds after it has been captured or recorded. Running the program on our servers works as if it is running on your own computer. All you need is an active Internet connection. No additional software installation is required.
Once a database design has been completed and is in full use, there is no need that it should always remain as is.
